Is the UK movement become a global phenomenon?
It's strange that this essentially exists in the US, with MLSs, but because they are so fragmented, they've allowed new companies like Zillow and Trulia to steal a march.
With property portals, bigger is better. Those that have all the stock, should in theory have all the consumer eyes. Service and accuracy of data are secondary and tertiary considerations.
I digress :) - do agents have the balls to go through some short term suffrage to come out on top a few years from now?
